As part of our company policy, we regularly carry out security checks on orders to protect both our customers and our business. All information given to us is kept strictly confidential and will be disposed of once your order has been dispatched. Please note if you have been asked to provide additional information we cannot begin to process your order until this information has been received.
At the checkout page we offer the opportunity to select a delivery address that is different to the billing address. For security reasons this service is offered at our discretion and we reserve the right to ship only to the billing address or ask that proof of address is provided before shipping. Orders placed over the telephone will be shipped only to the billing address. Telephone orders are made at our discretion subject only to UK customers. Telephone service is not yet available. Our couriers will leave a failed delivery card with some available options. Eventually orders make their way back to us. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made until we are in receipt of unclaimed parcel. Refunds will not include the original delivery charge and we will need to charge again to re-send if required.
We know discretion is important. So we never reveal the names of our customers without their express permission. Package would be discreet. If you’re a celebrity, agent or assistant, please feel free to contact us first if you do not want your name to be shown on the parcel and be assured of absolute discretion at all times.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to mail forwarding companies. If an order is made for delivery to a mail forwarding company you may be asked for an alternative address and your order may be subject to additional delivery costs.
All card payments are processed by Barclay card payment system giving you the highest level of card data security available. We also accept payment via PayPal, helping you complete your purchase safely and hassle free. We only keep your delivery details and order history to help track orders, not your card details. All your data is kept completely confidential. We will never share or sell your information to a third party. Refer to our terms and conditions.
Vibrantz are against animal testing and no finished Vibrantz products are tested on animals.
While we do not believe Parabens are harmful, our entire product range is Paraben free.
You can return the product for exchange to a different color, or Get refund as long as it has full packaging and labels. We offer 30-day money back guarantee, no questions asked.
Simply return the product back to us within 14 days. You do not need to call us for authorization, just send the products (along with your name and address) back to our address and inform us by contact us form on website. Returning the product would be on your own expense.
